Canon XA10 64 GB Camcorder - 1080 HD Black For Parts has focusing issue

This XA10 is very nice cosmetically but suddenly stopped focusing properly. The focus issue happens on manual or auto. Everything else works fine. This can be sent to Canon for repair but I have not asked for an estimate. It is being sold as is for parts or repair no returns. The life of this camera was spent primarily in storage with occasional use to record tech training presentations as pictured.
Missing parts-
Lens hood. You can buy a hood that work for a few bucks on Amazon
(1) of the screws that holds the shotgun mic mount onto the audio handle. I never used this shotgun mount I only used the XLR inputs
