This is NOT a service. You will receive the following to
convert your own tapes
:
- 1 camcorder guaranteed to playback the tape format selected
(model varies)
- 1 USB capture device for Windows PC
- includes cables, AC power adapter (no battery needed), AV cables
- instructions for capturing video with several different software options
- resulting video files that can be saved to hard drive, DVD, or uploaded to Youtube
Returns accepted for any reason, we guarantee your tapes will play and convert.
Mac Users:
Connect the camcorder via Firewire or Thunderbolt (
miniDV tapes only)

PAL Note:
NTSC tapes recorded in USA only, no PAL support.
S-VIDEO Note
: Camcorder may only have composite AV output - please specifically request if you need S-Video output
