    Description

    Great for wetting out Carbopol, xanthan gum, starch, guar, carbomer, and other powders
    Similar to Silverson Flashblend or Triblender
    Complete system includes:
    Inline high shear mixer: for incorporation and mixing of solids/powders into liquid.  Hydrates, dissolves, disperses, emulsifies, and eliminates fish eyes.  5 HP, 208-230/460 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz. 316 stainless steel construction, with sanitary clamp connections, outlet is 1.5"
    Hopper: 304 stainless steel, 7 gallon capacity, sanitary clamp connection
    Y-fitting, 316 stainless steel, 2" sanitary clamp connection for incoming liquid
    Valve, ball type, 316 stainless steel, for closing off hopper, when recirculating and mixing, or to control the flow of the solids.
    These are manufactured by Q-Pumps, their factories are located in Houston TX and in Mexico
